INSPIRE is designed to educate and prepare unemployed people to move into work. We do this by providing appropriate training on how to recover from addiction and negative emotions including depression, low self worth and issues of grief or anger.
Includes Work Experience in our Social Enterprise.
To be eligible for INSPIRE programme you must be:
Be unemployed (or must work part time for less than 8 hours per week)
Be from a hard to reach (community in Calderdale (live in the most disadvantaged area and/or face barriers to learning and work)
Not had ESF funded training in last year
Have the right to work in the European Union
Want to learn and benefit from work orientated tasks
PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLETE 120 TO 144 HOURS OF TRAINING WHICH ARE IN MODULES OF 4 WEEKS TO 12 WEEKS
FROM 10 TO 30 HOURS PER WEEK INCLUDING WORK EXPERIENCE
